Flexible payment options
We offer two flexible payment options to suit your needs.
Paiement mensuel à la performance
Your income is calculated monthly based on bookings after deduction of the percentage allocated to Mont-Blanc Booking. The rent therefore varies according to seasonality, allowing you to maximize your income during periods of high demand.
Fixed annual income
We guarantee you a fixed annual turnover, taking into account all elements including high and low season periods. This amount is then divided into 12 monthly payments to ensure you have a stable and secure income, regardless of the occupancy rate of your accommodation.
